Refund Policy

LaunchPath provides digital career resources, employability guides, job search tools, templates, educational materials, and downloadable resources designed to support career development and employment readiness.

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally considered final.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products & Refund Eligibility

All products sold by LaunchPath are:

  • Digital products

  • Delivered electronically

  • Accessible shortly after purchase

  • Non-returnable

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Career guides

  • CV and cover letter templates

  • Job search resources

  • Interview preparation materials

  • Career planning tools

  • Educational downloads

  • Digital workbooks and frameworks

Because digital products can be accessed immediately after purchase and cannot be physically returned, refunds are generally not provided once a product has been delivered.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

2. Limited Refund Exceptions

Refund requests may be considered in the following circumstances:

Non-Delivery

You were successfully charged but did not receive access to your purchased product.

Technical Failure

A verified technical issue on our side prevents you from accessing the purchased product, and LaunchPath is unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours after receiving notice.

To Qualify for Review

You must:

  • Contact us within 7 days of purchase

  • Provide proof of purchase

  • Provide supporting information or screenshots if requested

Refunds will not be granted for issues arising from:

  • Incorrect email addresses entered during checkout

  • Device or software incompatibility

  • Internet connectivity problems

  • Failure to follow access instructions

  • Spam, junk, or promotional email filtering

  • Change of mind after purchase

3. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us within 24 hours of the duplicate transaction.

Where verified, LaunchPath may issue a refund for the duplicate purchase.

4. Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe your payment method was used without authorization, please contact us immediately.

LaunchPath may request additional verification and supporting information before reviewing any claim.

5. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, customers agree to contact LaunchPath first to allow us an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Submitting a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:

  • Suspension of access to purchased resources

  • Restriction from future purchases

  • Submission of relevant transaction and access records to payment providers during the dispute process

LaunchPath reserves the right to challenge any chargeback believed to be fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with this policy.

6. Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

  • Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days

  • Any non-refundable processing fees permitted by law may be deducted where applicable
