Delivery Policy

LaunchPath provides digital career resources, educational materials, templates, guides, and employability tools exclusively through electronic delivery.

We do not sell, ship, or deliver physical products.

1. Digital Delivery Only

All products and resources available through LaunchPath are delivered electronically.

LaunchPath does not:

  • Ship physical goods

  • Provide courier or postal delivery services

  • Issue shipping tracking numbers

  • Require a shipping address for digital product access

All purchases are fulfilled digitally.

2. Product Access & Delivery

Following successful payment, customers will receive access to their purchased product(s) through one or more of the following methods:

  • A download link displayed on the order confirmation page

  • A download link sent to the email address provided during checkout

  • Access through a customer account, where applicable

Most digital products are delivered immediately after payment confirmation. In some cases, delivery may take up to 15 minutes due to payment processing or email provider delays.

3. If You Do Not Receive Your Product

If you do not receive your purchased product within 15 minutes of completing your order, please:

  1. Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder

  2. Confirm that the email address entered during checkout is correct

  3. Allow additional time for temporary delivery delays

If you still cannot access your purchase, please contact our support team and we will assist you as quickly as possible.

4. Incorrect Email Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address during checkout.

If an incorrect email address was entered:

  • Contact us as soon as possible

  • Provide proof of purchase or order information

  • Where verification is successful, we will make reasonable efforts to resend your digital product to the correct email address

LaunchPath cannot guarantee successful delivery when incorrect customer information is supplied.

5. Customer Responsibilities

By purchasing from LaunchPath, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for:

  • Downloading and securely storing purchased files

  • Maintaining access to the email address used during checkout

  • Ensuring your device supports the required file formats

  • Maintaining a stable internet connection for downloads

LaunchPath is not responsible for:

  • Device compatibility issues

  • Customer loss or deletion of downloaded files

  • Internet service interruptions

  • Email provider delays or filtering

  • Third-party software limitations

6. Refunds

Digital products are generally delivered instantly and may become accessible immediately after purchase.

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. Customers are encouraged to review the Refund Policy before making a purchase.
